Key Residential Wins 2011 ARC Award!

We are flying high at Key Residential because this past Saturday, August 20, 2011, we were awarded the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas ARC Award for Best Addition ($200,000 to $400,000) for our Frisco Gym and Cabana.

N. Dallas Custom Home Building: Before and During

Key Residential is currently building a luxury custom home in North Dallas. Our clients purchased the ideally located property with an existing home on it a few years ago.

With an existing structure in place, the first step to building our client's dream home was demolition.
After demolition, the lot is ready for foundation.
With the foundation poured, we are ready for framing.
It's beginning to come together.
Tyvek house wrap and Jeld-Wen windows ready the home for all weather protection.
With masonry and stucco, the home is finally beginning to resemble a masterpiece.
